This privacy policy governs the processing of personal and other data provided through the use of the AllDeliv.uz Electronic Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). The current version of this Privacy Policy is available for review on the website https://alldeliv.uz/.

By providing personal and other data to the Operator through the use of the Electronic Service, the User confirms their consent to the processing of the data in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Electronic Service.

1. TERMS

1.1 Electronic Service – a website (or mobile application) located at https://alldeliv.uz/. All exclusive rights to the Electronic Service and its elements belong to the Operator.

1.2 User – an individual using the Electronic Service.

1.3 Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan – the current laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the law on personal data protection.

1.4 Personal Data – data that can be used to identify the User, including information provided during registration or when using the service.

1.5 Data – other information about the User not related to Personal Data.

1.6 Registration – the process of filling out a registration form on the Electronic Service to send and receive parcels.

1.7 Registration Form – the form on the Electronic Service that the User must fill out to fully use the Electronic Service.

1.8 Services – services provided by the Operator through the Electronic Service.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

2.1. The Operator collects and processes only the Personal Data necessary to provide Services and interact with the User.

2.2. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Providing Services to the User;

2.2.2. Identifying the User and their account data;

2.2.3. Sending promotional and informational materials;

2.2.4. Conducting analytics and statistics to improve the quality of services.

2.3. The Operator may process the following data:

2.3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic (sender/recipient);

2.3.2. Email address;

2.3.3. Phone number (including mobile, landline, and additional numbers);

2.3.4. Legal entity information, if provided.

2.4. The User is prohibited from providing the personal data of third parties unless the User has documentary proof of their rights to represent the interests of these individuals.

3. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE

3.1. The Operator agrees to process Personal Data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Personal Data Protection.

3.2. All User data is confidential, except when the data is publicly available by law.

3.3. The Operator has the right to store archive copies of Personal Data and may store them on servers located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.4. The Operator may share Personal Data and User Data without the User’s consent in the following cases:

3.4.1. When required by government authorities, investigative bodies, or local authorities based on their motivated request;

3.4.2. In other cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties in the following cases:

3.5.1. The User has given their consent for data transfer;

3.5.2. Data transfer is necessary for the use of the Electronic Service or provision of Services.

3.6. The Operator conducts automated processing of Personal Data.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

4.1. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data and other data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. Protection measures include prevention of unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions with the data.

5. USER RIGHTS

5.1. The User has the right to access their Personal Data, correct, delete, or block data if it is inaccurate or unlawfully processed.

5.2. To delete an account, the User must send a request to info@alldeliv.uz.

5.3. The User has the right to object to the processing of their data if it does not violate the terms of the agreement.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator in connection with its application are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Before applying to the court, the User must submit a written complaint to the Operator. The response time to the complaint is 30 business days.
